Notes from the making

DAY 1 — THE ROAD

The first scratch track is in. It had to be The Road. After all these years, it's the answer to Drive On from 45 South. Just me and the Black Gibson L-00, chasing something I thought I'd lost and finding it waiting right where I left it.

More to come as the record finds its feet.

Fragments from these sessions

Lyric fragment
There's a crow now at my shoulder I don't question anymore -  It's the part of me that watched it When I couldn't see before

from 'The Song of the Morrigan'

VERSE NOTE
Three o'clock hums in the fridge A halo of light on the tile
